Client Appreciation Family Day At The Movies

One of my favorite events I recently put together for my clients was a Family Day at the Movies. With Disney’s newest live action movie Aladdin in theatre’s now, I took the opportunity to rent out an entire theatre and show the movie to my valuable clients.

On Saturday morning my client’s and their families began to file into the Cinebarre in Louisville and were greeted with movie tickets and gift cards because no movie is complete without drinks and popcorn. If you’ve never experienced a movie at a Cinebarre its a completely different experience than what you are probably used to. Concession stands are replaced by servers in your theatre and are available at the push of a button from your seat inside the theatre. You simply write down your order on the order sheet and a few minutes later your food and drinks arrive. This is especially convenient once the movie has started so you don’t miss a second of the action.

This was my first time seeing a movie at a Cinebarre location and I loved the experience.

I think the same can be said for my client’s as well. One of my client’s had this to say:

“Thank you so much for your generous gift today! We had such a lovely time and I feel so spoiled. I’ll never want to take the girls to a movie in the conventional way again!”

I make it a point to treat each of my client’s as if they are a member of my own family before, during and after a closing. Having client’s for life is one thing, but establishing friendship’s with each of them along the way is my goal everyday. Family Day at the Movies is just one way I work to develop and keep these friendship’s.

As the movie ended and everyone filed out of the theatre I lost count of the number of smiling faces and everyone saying what a great time they had. I’m sure this is an event I will be hosting again the next time another great family movie comes out!
