Getting feedback right away when your home hits the market is a valuable tool. That is why I like to host a Broker Open the day your home is listed to get this feedback from agents in my office as well as agents I find through the reverse prospect search I mentioned in a previous video. Broker Open’s are similar to a traditional Open House except they are invitation only events where agents can give their feedback on the spot. With this information, adjustments to the listing can be made quickly if necessary before the general public sees your home for the first time.

Some agents may think the price isn’t quite right while others may think staging could be off slightly for a particular room.
