Here in Anthem Highlands the lifestyle team have planned some amazing events for the next month. Whether you’re itching to get out of your home or still prefer a virtual experience, we’ve got you covered. Let’s check out what’s happening in Anthem Highlands in October.

Anthem Highlands Halloween House Decoration Contest

Starting October 3rd and running through the end of the month is the Halloween House Decoration Contest. Decorate your house with all things Halloween, from ghouls, ghosts, and tombstones! Nominate your favorite house by submitting a photo and address to the lifestyle team. The top three spookiest houses will receive a prize!

Harry Potter Week at Anthem Highlands

It’s Harry Potter Week in Anthem Highlands October 5th through the 9th. Join your neighbors for a week of Harry Potter fun. The week starts with virtual offerings on Facebook and Instagram. The KidsCreate studio offers home delivery of clay owls on Wednesday and the week wraps up with Owls and ice cream at the PCC on Thursday and the Muggles and Movies event on Friday. Spooky Movie Family Fun Night at Windom Loop Park

On October 10th cozy up under the stars for a family fun night spooky movie at Windom Loop Park! Which movie do you want to see? Residents should check their inbox to vote for your favorite spooky movie through the weekly eblast. The Mac n Noodles and Sweet Cow food trucks will be out from 4pm-8pm and the movie starts at 7pm.

Anthem Highlands Bingo Night

It’s Bingo night on October 16th. Grab your crew to play Bingo from the comfort of your home with Geeks Who Drink. The first 36 residents to register will also receive a free 6-pack from Stem Ciders. The cost is only $3 per resident.

Take n Go Morning at the PCC

Grab your family and stroll down to the PCC Parking Lot for a “Take & Go” morning on Saturday, October 24. Enjoy delicious donuts, grab a pumpkin, create a fall bouquet, and more!

Virtual Wine and Cheese Tasting

Finally, join Blanchard Family Wines on Sunday, October 25 at 7PM for a wine and cheese pairing class led by their expert winery team. They’ll deliver 4 different wines and 4 different cheeses and examine what works and doesn’t work with each pairing. You won’t just learn what the “right” pairing is, but what’s right for you. The cost for this event is $50 per person.
